D&D 4E at Games Plus this Weekend!
I am going to be running a one-shot 4th Edition D&D game at 2:00 PM this Sunday at Games Plus in Mount Prospect, IL. The format is a 'delve style' adventure for a party of 3rd-level characters. I can run multiple sessions if I get a big group. If you are interested in a little dungeon crawl or just want to playtest one of the character classes from DDI, drop me a comment - and come by to play!

This sounds interesting. Do you want the players to roll up characters before the event, or are you providing pre-gens?
I am going to post a link to this on Lords of Tyr. Lords of Tyr is local to the Chicago area, so Mt. Prospect is pretty close. Might be able to get some of the group up there.
Plus, I love Games Plus. It's a great store with a great staff.
I will have 6 pregens available or you can bring your own. I'm not too worried about balanced parties or whatever. The aim will be to have fun, kill stuff and take their treasure! :)
Any gear requirements?
I'm working on a bugbear ranger build that I'd played briefly...

No gear requirements. Just follow the guidelines in the rulebook for number of magic items and value of equipment.
Cool! I'm from the Lords of Tyr as well. I'll be there to Delve into the deep end :)
Just wanted to say thanks for running the game this weekend! It was a lot of fun.
